Jasper is an Enrolled Agent, licensed by the IRS with unlimited practice rights. That means he can represent taxpayers on any tax matter, before any IRS office. He is also a Certifying Acceptance Agent for ITIN applications and a Certified QuickBooks Bookkeeper.
